What Is BHS POS?
The Broadway Hardware Store POS System is an enterprise-grade, cloud-backed point-of-sale platform designed specifically for Broadway Hardware Store. It handles everything from checkout and inventory to service orders, purchase management, and customer loyalty programs.
System Overview
BHS POS is organized into several core modules:
POS Terminal — The primary checkout interface for scanning items, applying discounts, processing payments, and issuing receipts.
Inventory — Manage stock levels, set reorder thresholds, and track product movement across the store.
Customers — Maintain customer profiles, purchase history, and the ProMaster loyalty program.
Services — Create and manage service/work orders for key duplication, window screen repair, glass repair, and more.
Purchase Orders — Issue purchase orders to vendors and receive incoming stock.
Reports — Analytics and dashboards covering sales, product performance, inventory health, and customer trends.
Admin — Full management of products, staff, vendors, and audit logs (admin-only).
